Customized Services Artpack has developed customized services to meet the specific needs of interior designers, art and antique dealers, museum coordinators and private collectors. Museum Curators Artpack can assist museum curators or registrars with a wide variety of extensive services. We will ship collections to exhibition venues, provide installation services and custom crates for the individual item or travelling exhibition. We are available to work with couriers and museum staff on airfreight or surface freight delivery outside of business hours. We provide museum clients with condition assessments and reports, packing and can offer off site climatized storage.

Art & Antique Dealers

Artpack can coordinate and ship objects between collectors, galleries and auction houses anywhere in the world. Our art handlers can install purchased works upon delivery or on approval. Our warehouse staff is equipped to, receive, inspect and hold items of high value for review by our clients items can he held in storage and put in to, our computerized inventory for your records. Interior Designers For the interior designer, Artpack can package and transport fine art, antiques, oriental carpets, chandeliers, statuary and architectural elements. Our headquarters feature special display rooms in which designers can showcase client presentations. These rooms create an ideal environment removed from the busy retail arena in which to assess and review prospective acquisitions. Artpack will package and return those items which do, not meet with client approval or provide short term storage for the duration of your project. We are equipped to provide your client delivery, set up furniture and install artwork for the "turn key" operation.

Private Collectors

For the individual, Artpack can assist in the management of their collection. We can acquire purchased works from auction houses, estates and galleries on your behalf. We are qualified and licensed to crate and release items out-of-state. To assist with inventory control for insurance and appraisal purposes we can organize your collection on a database with imaging capabilities that has been designed specifically for the private collector.

Collection & Exhibition Management

Our collection management department can provide installation, exhibition design and restoration services. In addition we can provide computerized collection management programs with customized data systems with imaging and tracking capabilities for all items within a collection. For such highly individualized programs we offer template software, data entry, image entry, training and Insurance. We can provide customized organizational services for domestic and international traveling exhibits.

Exhibition Design & Display Our staff designs and fabricates display mounts, pedestals, floating shelves, vitrines and security locking display cabinets for private, corporate or museum installations. Our exhibition designers provide cost sensitive and innovative solutions to your display challenges. If you want the optimum viewing of you collection whether it consists of seventeenth-century paintings, beaded purses or bottlecaps, we can provide the expertise to highlight your collection to its best advantage. Installation From a single piece of artwork to an entire collection or museum exhibition, our professional art handlers can coordinate with curators and consultants to solve installation challenges. We can fabricate or assemble structures to install large works which may include rigging, scaffolding and auxiliary services for outdoor sites. Artpack can meet your most difficult technical requirements and assist in problem solving by working in concert with engineers and architects in collaborative situations.

Restoration

Our restoration department at Artpack provides treatment proposals and recommendations for the restoration and care of your fine art and antiques. Having retained highly qualified professionals in each specialty, our restorers can care for objects including ceramics, textiles, furniture, and works on paper, metal, paintings or sculpture. We provide condition reports for insurance documentation, appraisals, photography for record keeping or publication, restretching of canvas, reframing of artwork and can implement a schedule for cleaning and maintaining outdoor sculpture. We also coordinate with insurance companies to report damages, recommend treatment and perform necessary repairs.
